First consultation session £45

Bespoke 1:1 Sessions £70

Sessions last approximately 50 minutes. To make meaningful, long-term change, most people work with me for 4 – 6 sessions, depending on what they would like help with.

 

6 Week Programme £400

Sessions can be face to face in my therapy space or online.

​

All fees must be paid in advance of a session and I have a 24 hour notice cancellation policy.

Sessions take place either at my private practice in Harrogate or online.

As part of my Level 5 Psychotherapeutic Counselling training, I am currently able to offer a limited number of counselling sessions free of charge. If you feel counselling could help you through a difficult time, I’d be very happy to hear from you.
